With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring Service Administrator at our shop in Vittoria, ON. This role is for someone with a high attention to detail who can handle the pressures of working in a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE


The Service Administrator will maintain service shop operations and procedures by ensuring compliance standards are met, review work orders, maintain supplies inventories, and manage administrative responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU


Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of automotive systems is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation regulations is preferred
  • Must complete WHIMS certification

Work experience in data-entry roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: transportation, automotive, financial services, utilities and retail.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN


  • Maintain records of scheduled service appointments, service appointment requests, and completed service tasks
  • Assist in ensuring compliance of work orders is completed
  • Assist with submitting orders for large parts orders and truck specs with required approvals
  • Assist with submitting orders for shop tools with required approvals
  • Maintain inventory levels of service shop equipment and supplies
  • Conduct administrative safety campaigns

YOUR COMMITMENT


  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work in office from 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
