With the continued growth in the industry, SG Capital (a division of Scotlynn) is currently hiring for the Client Services position at our corporate office in Vittoria, ON. This role is for experienced administrative personnel with high levels of organization, written and verbal communication skills.

THE ROLE
The Client Services role is responsible for reviewing and processing invoices and providing customer service to SG Capital’s carriers, customers, and their coworkers. They will support the Account Managers to complete operational functions and strengthen client relationships.

This role could also known as Client Administration, Data Entry, Administrative Assistance, Billing Specialist, etc.

ABOUT YOU
Successful SG Capital Candidates Have:
  • High levels of organization, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills 
  • Willing to learn new customer service techniques and strategies in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic 
  • Excellent computer skills

Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: hospitality, finance, and/or trucking and logistics.

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SG CAPITAL
  • Accurately processing invoices, drafting reports, and ensuring all necessary information is obtained and submitted to customers 
  • Organizing accurate records of payment that are received from customers
  • Working with carriers to ensure scheduled payments are made and collected
  • Support Account Managers in fostering strong relationships with carriers and proactively identify and solve issues
  • Exercise integrity and confidentiality

YOUR COMMITMENT
  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
