Account Manager - SG Capital
Description
With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring sales representatives, referred to as Account Managers for our SG Capital division. This position is for aspiring sales professionals who pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service and looking for unlimited growth. This role is located at our Corporate Office in Vittoria, ON.
Sales experience and supply-chain experience is NOT a requirement; we look for attitude and work ethic.

THE ROLE
The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs. They will build a portfolio of clients and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
You will begin in a training role and learn all aspects of the industry. During this time, you will receive a bi-weekly salary, providing you with the time and opportunity to acquire the essential knowledge and skills for success in your role. As you build your client base you will transition to a fully commission-based model with no cap on your earnings once your commissions surpass the training salary. This structure puts you in control of your income and ensures your hard work is directly reflected in your earnings.
This role could also be known as Inside Sales Representative, Sales Agent, Account Manager or Account Representative.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Are:
- High levels of organization, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent computer skills
- The ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a team
- Willingness to lean new sales techniques and strategies in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail and door-to-door sales.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
- Actively research and seek out carriers
- Act as liaison between customers ensuring their needs are met
- Accurately processing invoices, drafting reports, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and submitted for customers
- Work with team members to develop strategies for meeting sales goals
YOUR COMMITMENT
- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday

Compensation
$39,000.00 per year
