With continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is hiring a Business Systems Analyst at our office in Norfolk County. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, solution‑oriented, and energized by improving business processes, supporting cross‑functional teams, and driving systems modernization across the organization.

THE ROLE

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with all departments to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support system integration and modernization initiatives. You will analyze data, develop business intelligence reporting, and help teams adopt new processes and workflows. This role is central to continuous improvement efforts across the company.


ABOUT YOU

Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:

  • 1–3+ years of business analysis or business development experience
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
  • Ability to evaluate business processes and develop solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Power BI, SSMS, SSRS, or Report Builder (an asset)
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent change
  • A collaborative mindset with leadership potential
  • A solution‑oriented approach with high attention to detail and accuracy
 

HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN

  • Evaluate business processes, identify requirements, and uncover areas for improvement
  • Lead process reviews and develop optimization strategies
  • Perform requirements analysis and document findings
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to create or improve workflows
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Develop project plans, monitor performance, and ensure timely deliverables
  • Update, implement, and maintain procedures
  • Communicate insights, results, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share findings
  • Gather critical information and produce clear, actionable reports
  • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Provide training, coaching, and user acceptance testing
  • Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

YOUR COMMITMENT

  • This is a full-time, permanent role
  • Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and valid passport
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends

Compensation

$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
