Operations Coordinator

Please note this is an onsite position - eligible candidates must be able to reliably commute to Vittoria, ON for this position.
With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring for various administrative positions at our office in Vittoria, ON. Applicants to this job posting may find themselves in a data entry role within our Accounting, Recruiting, or Logistics departments depending on skillset, interest and hiring needs.
Logistics and supply-chain experience is NOT a requirement; we look for attitude and work ethic.

THE ROLE
The Operations Coordinator role is an entry-level position performing tasks ranging from inputting and updating information into a database, phone and email communication, and other administrative duties as required. Solid verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position as you are a critical member of our team interacting with various levels of the supply chain.

Work experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: hospitality, retail, banking and logistics.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
- Processing paperwork submitted by drivers and employees
- Communicating with co-workers, drivers and/or applicants daily
- Providing top-notch customer service to Scotlynn’s carrier base, customer base and employees
- Helping to resolve issues with constant professionalism, insight and courtesy
- Performing other duties as required
YOUR COMMITMENT
- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Work in office from 8 am-5 pm Monday-Friday
- After-hours may be required depending on the department you are hired for

Compensation
