Please note this is an onsite position - eligible candidates must be able to reliably commute to both our offices, located in Vittoria, ON & Brant, ON.
With the continued growth in the industry, Scotlynn is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing team. This role focuses on the creation of digital marketing campaigns and promotions to develop and maintain marketing strategies.

THE ROLE
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness and growth by developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels and social media. This role creates, develops and maintains digital marketing strategies and executes promotions to support business goals.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics. The ideal candidate brings a balance of creativity and analytical thinking, along with strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
This role could also be known as Digital Campaign Strategist, Online Brand Manager, Media and Digital Content Specialist.
ABOUT YOU
Successful Scotlynn Candidates Have:
- 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing role
- Post-secondary education in digital media/marketing, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Ads, SEO/SEM strategy and tools, and social media ad platforms
- Proven expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across email, social media, and display advertising
- A strong ability to measure performance, analyze results, and report on ROI
- Ability to operate confidently in ambiguous, fast-changing settings
- Capable of anticipating and juggling multiple projects and timelines
- Experience with AI tools considered an asset
- Website design and maintenance, not required but considered an asset
- Copywriting experience considered an asset
Work experience in marketing-based roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: Social Media Marketing, Advertising and Media Optimization.
HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNN
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support organizational
- goals and objectives
- Plan, create, and execute digital campaigns including web, SEO/SEM, marketing
- database, email, social media, and display advertising
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize
- ROI and brand visibility
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns using analytical abilities
YOUR COMMITMENT
- This is a full-time, permanent role
- Work in office from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
